Ford just announced the MyFirstEV Incentive Program, created with the California Air Resources Board and California Climate Investments, and it is a big deal for first time EV buyers in California. Eligible new EVs qualify for a $3,500 credit, and eligible Certified Pre-Owned EVs qualify for $1,750. The 2026 Mach-E qualifies across all trim levels and can even be stacked with the Ford Power Promise Cash Alternative Rebate. Big news out of Ford: the all-new midsize electric truck finally has a name, and it's the Ford Fathom™.

Ford designed the Fathom with one goal in mind, making an EV truck that's actually accessible. With a starting MSRP of $28,350 for the standard range battery, it's positioned to open up electric trucks to a wider range of drivers and lifestyles than ever before.

Preorders are set to begin in early 2027, and we expect more details on range, trim options, and availability to roll out in the coming months.
