15 yrs experience in all fields of mechanical ( auto) repairs, diagnostic, a/c repairs with a/c certification, drivers license is required. Drug tested and on hands interviews are required. Boat trailer repair knowledge and welding certified is also required. Apply in Person, no phone calls and no we are not a Jiffy L**e station. I do not need tire pluggers, oil changers, NC inspectors, nor parts changer. I'm only interested in knowledgeable, dependable, respectful, customer service orientated, on time and the desire and want to learn more and one willing to listen, follow directions, use the intel I provide and one who takes high pride in his work. Absolutely NO CELL PHONES in garage or on company time, absolutely no exceptions. Safety is always first. Pay is based on experiences and knowledge. After 90 day hands on interview with Master Mechanic Rick Barr's opinion and approval then I will set the pay. One yr of employement with less than 10 day absences within that yr gets holidays n up to 1 week paid vacation time. Again no phone calls , no annoying interviewing on my fb. All will be required to submit a back ground check and pass random test. We are working on customers cars and I alone stand behind all work completed, and my mechanics that do their job. I Also stand firmly on " integrity". I'm easy to get along with and spoil my mechanics as my family but have "0" tolerance for drinking on the job, or coming / returning drunk or been drinking or at any way influenced under any substance on my clock, under or in any of my customers vehicles or trailers. Immediate termination. Along with raising ones voice to me, or stealing from me. Ask me, you shall receive ... don't steal from me! All are welcome to apply .. Monday-Friday 8 am to 10 am only !
