Mobile Service Technician

Anytime Mobile Truck Service – Moorhead, MN

Pay Range: $28–$35/hour, depending on experience level

Anytime Mobile Truck Service is expanding and adding a Mobile Service Technician to our team. This is an additional position, not a replacement, as we continue to grow with a strong, steady workload and a loyal customer base.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on operating a mobile service truck, performing roadside and on-site repairs. When not running service calls, the technician will assist with work in our full-service shop.

Most mobile repairs consist of basic to intermediate roadside repairs, diagnostics, and service work. Our shop work ranges from PMAs to major repairs and full overhauls, with everyone’s skillset being used accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-starter who:

Can work independently without constant supervision

Takes pride in doing the job right the first time

Can diagnose issues and make quality, lasting repairs

Understands that return work from failed repairs is unacceptable

Is customer-focused and able to adapt to a wide range of personalities while consistently representing yourself and the company in a professional manner

Required Experience & Qualifications

Extensive experience in truck and trailer repair

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in field conditions

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but beneficial)

Ability to obtain a DOT Health Card

Clean and insurable driving record

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with heavy equipment and/or farm equipment

Willingness to tackle a wide variety of repair challenges

Schedule & Work Environment

Flexible schedule to meet your needs

Overtime after 40 hours (always available, never required)

On-call and weekends are optional

Small, tight-knit company atmosphere

Certifications & Pay

MN MIP Certification (1-day class) required for DOT inspections

Hourly pay increase upon completion of MN MIP certification

PTO accrual starts Day 1, with the following schedule:

Years 1–3: 88 hours per year
