As we move into 2026, Mooresville Towing continues to grow. To maintain the level of service our accounts and partners expect, we are looking to add 2 professional tow truck drivers to our team.

Open Positions:
-Tow Truck Driver (2 positions available)
12-hour shifts
-Rotating weekends
-Occasional after-hours / night coverage (shared rotation)
-Based in Mooresville / Morgan County with a wide service coverage area

What the Job Involves:
-Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
-Operating tow equipment in a variety of weather and road conditions
-Performing basic preventative care and daily checks on assigned equipment
-Responding to calls from a home-based dispatch during after-hours and weekends
-Operating in the field with support from dispatch while maintaining professional standards

Trucks are assigned and are the driver’s primary earning equipment. Proper care and responsibility are expected.

What We’re Looking For:
-Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
-Meets state and federal requirements for commercial towing operations, including appropriate license endorsements and DOT physical
-Meets insurance eligibility requirements for commercial towing operations
-Ability to pass standard background screening
-Ability to reliably meet required response times for on-call and weekend coverage
-Willingness to work long shifts, weekends, and variable conditions
-Dependable, coachable, and safety-focused mindset
-Prior experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
