We offer Junk removal, demolition and dumpster rental services in all of Iredell & Rowan county

09/21/2026

Hey everyone, I’m Jake. 👋

I started Neon Junk Removal in 2023 with a truck, a vision, and a lot of determination to build something of my own. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of homeowners and businesses throughout our community, and I’m grateful for every single customer who has trusted me along the way.

One of the best parts of this job is meeting new people and helping them reclaim their space. Whether it’s a packed garage, a home clean out, yard debris, a dumpster rental, or a demolition project, I enjoy taking something that feels overwhelming and making it simple.

As the owner, I’m the guy you’ll often see on the job. I believe in showing up on time, working hard, communicating clearly, and treating every property like it’s my own. Those values have helped us earn over 150 five-star Google reviews, and I’m incredibly thankful for the support.

If you have a project you’ve been putting off in the Lake Norman or surrounding areas, I’d love the opportunity to help. We offer free in-person quotes and are always happy to answer questions.
Thank you for supporting local businesses like mine. It truly means the world.

There's a big difference between starting a junk removal business and building a junk removal company...

More and more junk removal companies keep popping up every day, and honestly, it can be tough to know who you can trust with your home or property.

A lot of newcomers look at this industry as a “get rich quick” business because of how it’s portrayed on social media. We’re here to tell you that’s not the case with Neon Junk Removal.

We’re here for the long game, and we believe in honest, fair pricing and doing things the right way. We’ve worked hard to build Neon Junk Removal around something simple: do what we say we’re going to do and take care of every customer like they’re our only customer.

We’ve helped homeowners, renters, realtors, businesses, and property owners throughout the Lake Norman area with everything from a few unwanted items to full cleanouts and demolition projects.

Our commitment to our customers has earned us 150+ 5 star reviews, but what means the most to us is the repeat customers and referrals that have come from doing good work and treating people right.

We’re a locally owned and operated business, and when you call Neon, you’re dealing with a local company that genuinely cares about its reputation and the community we serve.

We’re not trying to be the biggest junk removal company around. We’re focused on being the company you can count on.
