This 46RH from a Jeep Grand Cherokee had about half an inch of friction material in the trans pan, and all steels scorched. Suspected cause of failure was a kinked cooler line during a previous engine swap.

SFR Transmissions wants to put the spotlight on two of our sponsored drivers from this past weekend.

Thomas Harville in the 741 MGM Chassis once again took the win at Ohio Valley Karting Association racking up his 4th victory out of 5 races, and his 5th podium finish out of 5 races. Congratulations on yet another win and a clean sweep of the weekend.

Evan Smoot in the 34 Arrow Karts chassis had his first race in the 100cc SR class, and although the day didn’t go the way we all had hoped, Evan was still able to hang in and finish the race.

Both drivers will be in action next weekend at Wilmington Raceway Park.

SFR Transmissions is proud to announce its first sponsorship outside the sport of karting, and would like to welcome on Reve Greenwald to the SFR family. Reve plans on running at least two more drift events this year along with countless practice sessions at Kil-Kare Raceway, this sponsorship will continue until the end of the 2024 drift season.

We at SFR Transmissions would like to apologize for the lack of transmission rebuild content or the lack of time to complete any builds.

SFR owner and operator Evan Smoot has been hard at work in the NASCAR ARCA Racing Series working for the likes of Kimmel Racing and Wayne Peterson Motorsports. We will be accepting transmission builds and other automotive work shortly.
