Had a customer come in yesterday wanting to just adjust the idle speed on his Camaro. I quoted him pretty cheap because it’s not very involved and I don’t need to get rich off of other people. The car had a BTR stage 3 camshaft and some other light mods. Before we got started I took a quick look at the log and discovered that the current tune in this thing was way off. So instead of just slapping an idle adjustment in and taking his money, I alerted him to the issues and declined to change the idle. I think this was the right move. I’m sure someone would’ve slapped an idle adjustment in and took the guys money, but that’s not how I roll. He opted for a full tune shooting for next week.

Dialed in this super sweet Jeep the other day. Just a basic 5.3 with a camshaft. With fueling within +\- 3% this should make an awesome cruiser!

Went to Thorn Hill yesterday to help Brad Eggleston get a good starting point on his fresh build. We were able to get this car to go 5.95 on it’s very first pass ever on VERY conservative boost!
