Sometimes, solving the concern means taking the interior apart before putting it back together.

This 2011 Nissan Rogue came to us with two concerns.

The first was identifying and correcting a water intrusion caused by the sunroof drainage system.

The second was restoring the interior after the water intrusion had been corrected.

Once we were confident the leak had been resolved, the interior was completely disassembled so the carpet, padding, and every hidden area could be properly cleaned, thoroughly dried, and carefully reassembled. Taking the time to let everything dry completely was just as important as correcting the source of the leak.

We’ve gutted hundreds of interiors over the years. The reason has always been the same: to solve the concern.

This Nissan Rogue came to us with water intrusion from the sunroof drainage system.

After a full day of diagnosing, testing, and verifying the repair, we’re now 100% confident we’ve solved the concern.

Now comes the part that takes patience.

The carpet and padding will continue drying before they go back in. While they dry, every other interior component is being cleaned and detailed so we can put it all back together the right way.

RESTORED. DONE RIGHT.

This 2026 Hennessey Goliath 700 arrived from a local dealership with fewer than 50 miles on it, ready to be handed over to its first owner.

To most people, that's a brand-new truck.

To us, it was still worth looking a little closer.

“I don’t care how ugly you are, I’m going to kiss you.”

That was the first thing Ron said when he walked in to pick up his truck.

A few days ago, after seeing the transformation of Lisa’s Avalon, he told us his truck would be next.

He meant it.

Today, he walked around his Tundra, smiled, and said,

“It looks better than when I bought it.”

Before leaving, he had already booked Lisa’s Honda CR-V as our next project.

The first time, it was:

“If you weren’t so damn ugly, I’d kiss you.”

This time…

“I don’t care how ugly you are, I’m going to kiss you.”

We can’t wait to hear what he says when he picks up the CR-V. 😄

“If you weren’t so damn ugly, I’d kiss you.”

That’s not something you hear every day.

Those were the first words out of Ronald’s mouth when he walked through our shop this morning.

The day before, he had dropped off his wife’s Toyota Avalon after a semi backed into it, leaving a massive semi-tire mark across the passenger-side fender and bumper.

Looking at it, he honestly didn’t think that massive semi-tire mark was coming off.

He simply looked at us and said,

“You come well recommended. Just do your best.”

So that’s exactly what we did.

We removed the massive semi-tire mark, thoroughly detailed the interior and exterior, polished the entire vehicle, and protected it with our annual coating.

You didn’t have to ask Ronald what he thought.

Before he left, he gave me a hug and scheduled his truck to come back next week so we could take care of another concern.

Moments like this remind us that we’re not just detailing vehicles. Sometimes we’re simply helping someone solve a concern they never thought could be solved.
