Throttle Down Kustoms fabricates high quality steel bumpers for Ford, GM, Dodge/RAM, and Toyota trucks as well as skid plates and factory replacement frames for Jeeps and Broncos. All Throttle Down Kustoms bumpers:

- Are made from solid PNO steel plate, 3/16" or 1/4 inch" thick
- Use a steel plate that is CNC laser cut for exact and precise fitment
- No-weld mounting, like the OEM bumpers they re

place
- Are available with brush guards made from .120" steel wall tubing
- Are available with either a paintable bare metal finish or a tough powdercoat finish
- If the bumper is shipped with a bare steel finish, it is shrink-wrapped "ready to paint" with no swirl marks
- Include a set of 3/4" Clevis mounts with 7/8" holes that are ready for severe duty
- Accommodate factory parking sensors, with OEM-style fasteners that make installation easy
- Are mig welded by hand by certified, trained professionals
- Are designed for real, honest-to-goodness work vehicles
- Are made in the USA
- Are warrantied for life

2020 Ford Transit Van with all of the The Scientists of Lighting lights! 💡

This Ford Transit Van is equipped with our Bumper Grille Guard, optioned with; Adaptive Cruise Control Mount, 2 Light Holes, Stick Out Receiver Hitch, and our Standard Black Powdercoat. The customer supplied his own lights and did his own custom mounting, resulting in a unique look that’ll make anytime daytime.

A CJ-7 with a little something extra 🔥

Troy K. Sent in these photos of his rad 1986 CJ-7, using our frame as the foundation of this beautiful restoration. Troy did an amazing job at bringing this build to life; but he gave it some extra pep in its step by dropping a 530hp 6.2 LS backed by a TR-4050 Transmission and Atlas Transfer case. He noted that “the frame handles it like a champ” and were proud to hear that 💪

Following our popular addition of the TJ Low Profile Skid plates, we now have our YJ version available! Constructed from laser cut 3/16” steel, this skid is nearly two inches shallower than our original design. This high clearance skid plate will fit our TDK YJ frames or your Factory YJ Frame. Hey everyone! We’ve been working on big updates on our website to make everything more organized and easier to use for all of our customers. Due to this process there were a few models that we’d mentioned weren’t available to order online. We’re stoked to say that bumpers for the; 2022-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X, 2022-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2, and the 2024-2025 Ford Ranger Raptor are now available on the website!
