He came through the door, made a lap, collected an unreasonable number of pets, and then sat down in the middle of the showroom like he pays the lease here.

Full report from the team: the licks were generous, the tail never stopped, and the sit for a treat was flawless on the first ask. Goodest boy behavior across the board.

There is a difference between a technician who works on Subarus and a technician trained by Subaru.

It shows up on the jobs that are easy to get wrong. EyeSight recalibration after a windshield replacement. CVT fluid service on the correct interval with the correct fluid. Diagnosing a head gasket on an older EJ instead of guessing at it. Symmetrical AWD driveline work, where mismatched tire circumference will quietly cost you a differential.

Our team is factory trained on the brand. That is the whole argument for servicing where you bought.
