A shout out to our service writer Chris Sparks for doing what he does naturallyβ¦. Taking care of our customers! We are more than a retailer at Flower Subaru and are appreciative of the efforts of our people! Way to go Sparkey!

I have no words. Chris Sparks was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to work with his entire repair team and Subaru of America to take a major repair and help make it more affordable for our struggling family. The man is a living proof that great customer services still exists. His communication was clear, personable, and consistent. He went so far above and beyond what the job requires because he made it his priority to help us. He's won my business and I intend to take my Sube to him going forward. Whatever you're paying him, triple it. Of note as well, the Warranty gentleman whose name begins with a B (I think) also did a ton of work behind the scenes to convince Subaru of America to help us out with the bill. Whoever is reading this review, please show it to your boss, and then make sure they show *their* boss. I've traditionally been skeptical of bringing my car to a *dealer* for service, but this service experience has convinced me otherwise, because it was so amazing. Word like this travels fast in town. Bravo, folks.
