Big progress over here 👷‍♂️🏡

After a stretch of setting and completing customer homes, our crews finally carved out time to work on our newest display model: #783 a double-wide CrossMod (HUD Code manufactured) home with the look and feel of a modular or site-built home.

So what makes a CrossMod different from a typical manufactured double-wide?

✅ Designed to be placed on a permanent foundation or crawlspace (when installed to specs), helping it feel more like a traditional site-built home

✅ Residential curb appeal upgrades you can see right away, like higher roof pitch and wider eaves/overhangs for that “neighborhood home” look

✅ Drywall-finished interiors (instead of paneling in many standard models) for a more modern, site-built vibe
