This is a job from last week in the beautiful downtown Richmond! 2008 Lexus ES350 spark plug replacement. I came out the week before to diagnose a misfire on this vehicle, I recommended replacement of all spark plugs! The customer approved, we scheduled a date and I got the job done!

This is one from last week, it is a 2000 jeep wrangler 4.0l. The customer stated that the vehicle began to overheat on his way home. I performed a few test and found that the head gasket had struck a leak.
I had the cylinder head sent to a machine shop to be resurfaced, cleaned and checked for cracks. No cracks were found! I got the head back, replaced the head gasket and all other gaskets!

This morning I replaced an alternator on a 2012 ford f150 3.5l eco boost. The customer had already had this replaced once before! The 12v wire happened to be left loose causing sparks and a bad connection.
I replaced the alternator, cleaned up the wire and all connections.

These are 2 transmission services I performed today! One is a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and the other is a 2016 Ford F150...

These are 2 transmission services I performed today! One is a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and the other is a 2016 Ford F150. I added some pictures of the old fluid vs the new (big difference)!
Both transmission were acting up, after the services they both straightened up and are shifting very well!

Today’s job was a 2002 Acura RL 3.5L V6. The customer reported a coolant leak that was causing the engine to overheat.

After diagnosing the issue, I found the water pump had failed and was leaking. To restore the vehicle’s reliability, I replaced the water pump, timing belt, and timing belt tensioners.

This weekend I replaced brakes, rotors and a lower ball joint on a 2013 Nissan Sentra. While replacing the brakes on the passenger front I found that the caliper guide pins had seized. So I went and picked up a new caliper and came back to finish the job!

A few weeks ago one of my customer mentioned that he had a lift kit to install on his 2004 ford f250. The kit consisted of ball joints, front and rear shocks, new U bolts, blocks and shims, new tie rod ends (both inner and outer), new sway bar links, and a steering stabilizer shock. My help and I were able to come to his work place and install the 3” lift kit and was able to have him driving home that evening in a completely different truck.
The following week he called and said he had purchased new front hubs, axle shafts and brakes/rotor. We were able to install those as well.
