I was honored to be a guest on Downshift with Tonnika for a second time along with my great friend Benjie Burris. We recorded this episode at TOOLS in Pennsylvania a couple months ago.

Y'all... I put Benjie Burris and Zeb Beard on the same podcast and somehow it didn't go 3 hours. 😂

I know that it goes around how Strokers is “expensive” and “slow”. This is a long and seemingly boring video showing our diagnostic and inspection report that you receive as a customer. Even though it is long, urge everyone who has never been here to watch it. At least the first three minutes and the last ten or so. This process takes almost a full day but it is the most thorough and accurate in the world. The reason we do it this way is to do everything we can to eliminate surprises and ensure that you don’t buy any parts that you do not need. If you watch this video you will see that most times you end up saving money here in the end because of the accuracy of finding the real problem. The thumbnail has granite countertops in it because that seems to be the key for my videos to get major attention 😆

My audience seems to enjoy so here’s a little piece of my life in the years 96-ish to 98. Talks about my short life as a dealer tech. I talk about a class I attended for the “technologically revolutionary” 24v . I hope I was able to convey my gratitude properly for Bennie Ryburn because he was so good to me at that time. It’s kinda long but maybe you will enjoy it.

We are still working to get the word out that we work on regular passenger cars, SUVs, and gasoline powered pickup trucks, so until the end of July we are offering free towing within a 15 mile radius of the shop. It doesn’t even have to be broken down. We will come get it. Diag and inspection fees still apply.

I'm always showing the more complex diags and repairs but here is a pretty simple and straightforward (although time consuming) test we ran on a Jeep Wrangler for a battery draw issue. I also wanted to talk about how we work on regular passenger cars and smaller pickup trucks. Even after all these years, many people think we only work on diesels.
