Recon Runner is a proprietary software that takes the guesswork out of the reconditioning process. king over them. Recon Runner takes hundreds of data points relevant to the timing and efficiency (or lack thereof) in the reconditioning process. Every bit of data can be gathered on any mobile device or computer. Recon Runner essentially breaks all of the data points down into a manageable, easy to read report. Recon Runner also provides a dashboard that shows exactly how long a unit has been in the reconditioning phase, it shows where it got hung up, and it shows who, what, when, and where something was changed to that vehicle. We also all know there are anomalies within the Recon process - we accounted for that in two ways. One is a read only comment system. Person "A" puts in a note regarding what they need to convey.
