We’re filling the remaining openings on our July schedule with a one-day Summer Boat Refresh for boats that need to be cleaned up, corrected and protected without committing to a full restoration.

Includes:

• Initial exterior wash
• Two-step exterior correction
• Polymer sealant
• Complete interior detail
• Compartments, vinyl, dash, floors and glass cleaned
• UV protectant applied to vinyl
• Ceramic sealant applied to glass

Most 18–22’ boats are $1,200–$1,500 and are completed in one day.

Polymer sealant flashing before final leveling.
After correction, this blue metallic gelcoat gets protected with Jescar PowerLock Plus for added gloss, slickness, and UV protection. The haze you see on the surface is the sealant curing before wipe-down.

Big Sky Boat Care now offers gelcoat and fiberglass repair in the Helena / Montana City area.

Dock rash, chips, gouges, spider cracks, non-skid damage, and small fiberglass repairs don’t always need to turn into an out-of-town repair run.

Send a few clear photos of the damage and I can review it and provide an estimate.

Marine vinyl restoration in progress.
After cleaning, we condition and protect the vinyl with Shine Supply Sunsetter to help guard against UV exposure.
This is the difference between a wipe-down and a proper interior process.

Dock rash cleaned up.
This one had gelcoat gouging, some ground it out, rebuilt the damaged area, color matched the gelcoat, then sanded and polished it back into the surrounding area.

Not every repair disappears 100% but the goal is always the same: clean, sealed, smooth and much harder to notice.
