Leadership.

I heard a guy say the other day, “If God didn’t build the perfect team for Jesus, what makes you think He’s going to do it for you?”

Think about that.

Jesus walked up to tax collectors and fishermen and simply said, “Follow me.” They didn’t know what they were doing or how to do it. One of them even betrayed Him for next to nothing.

We sit around wanting God to hand us a trained, loyal, low-maintenance team right in our lap—but He didn’t even do that for His own Son.

Jesus didn’t inherit a board of directors. He built one.

Now, not everyone is meant to go where you’re going—that’s part of it. But instead of constantly asking for the perfect situation, maybe we need to become better leaders.

Stop waiting on the miracle hire.
Start being a leader worth following.

Most of what we need in life can be found in the Good Book. The blueprint is there.

If the Son of God had to manage turnover, deal with betrayal, and train people from scratch… why are we complaining that leadership is hard?

One of the most common things I hear at the shop is, “It’s hard to find good help.”

Is it?
Or is it hard to find good leaders?

It’s not easy—but sometimes we have to look at the man in the mirror to find the problem.

Go be great today. Be a blessing for someone
