That’s what it’s all about
Started hauling him when he was seven, because his dad worked weekends and somebody had to. Two seasons on the back of mine, then a little sled I picked up for six hundred dollars, then his own. Now he waits at the top of every hill with the engine shut off, being polite about it. Twenty one years old and he rides better than I ever did. I taught him to read a hill and he taught himself the rest, and I could not be more pleased about it or more annoyed about it. Who did you teach that can outride you now? Go on, admit it.
