Mon Valley Cycle Factory-trained Motorcycle and ATV service and parts In business since April 2017. The owner has been a mechanic for 32 years and is Factory-Trained.

I have worked for Nissan, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Kawasaki and Yamaha in the past. I also owned Elizabeth Cycle and Finleyville ATV, so we are
experienced in all types of motorcycle and ATV work. We service Motorcycles of all makes and models as well as ATVs, and even off-brand Chinese motorcycles and ATVs! So we truly can service anything.

The Ninja is complete and runs great (very steady and powerful).
During our experiences while doing the crash repairs, we had discovered an oil leak, but the customer wanted to see how the bike came out first.

The bike runs great, so next project is the oil leak.

Were looking to make it reliable now after the crash, so he can just hit the start button and ride with confidence.

Just a reminder that Mon Valley Cycle is servicing ATVs. Not many local motorcycle shops will work on ATVs, but we do them everyday.

We perform anything from oil changes and pre-winter maintenance to more major jobs like winch or snow plow installations.

Ninja is getting close.
During our adventure, found found the fuel pump had been wired to a switch using really bad wiring. So we straightened that out.
THEN, we discovered it wouldn't start - (no fuel injection). Spent an hour looking for a sensor called the tip-over sensor which kills the fuel injection if the bike is crashed (it has an arrow on it that says UP.

FOUND IT, and it was bolted on UPSIDE DOWN !! - I removed and reinstalled it right side up and it started right up !

This was from someone else trying to fix it and realizing they're in over their head, then trying to put it back together.

There has been a little more progress, but its hard considering there are no bolts, screws, rubber cushions, etc.
