This 2024 Lincoln Nautilus stopped by Black Flag Tinting for 20% ceramic film on the front doors to match up with the factory rear glass.

The result? A clean, uniform look from front to back while adding the heat rejection and UV protection of ceramic film up front. 😎

Yesterday we had this Subaru Outback in for a ceramic upgrade, and the goal wasn’t to make it crazy dark—it was to keep the factory look while adding the benefits of ceramic film.

🔥 35% ceramic — front doors
🔥 70% ceramic over the factory rear glass
🔥 20% ceramic windshield brow

The 35% up front keeps everything looking clean and balanced, while the 70% over the factory glass adds ceramic performance without drastically changing the appearance.

Finished it off with a 20% brow to help cut down that overhead glare. 😎

You don’t always have to go darker to upgrade your tint.

A light ceramic film like 70% can keep the glass looking almost factory-clear while still giving you the benefits people actually want from ceramic film:

Not everything we tint has four doors. 👀

This replacement Polaris side-by-side windshield came in before installation and got covered with 70% ceramic film.

70% keeps the windshield looking light while adding the benefits of ceramic film—perfect when you want protection without making the windshield look dark.

And doing it while the windshield is out? That gives us great access to get the film laid down clean before it ever goes back on the machine. 👌
