Please remember that when you make an appointment with a small business and don’t show up, your decision has consequences.
You haven’t just missed an appointment. You’ve taken a time slot that could have been given to another customer who needed our services, and you’ve cost a small business valuable time and money.
Small businesses don’t get paid just for showing up. We earn our living by scheduling jobs, completing them, and serving our customers. When you don’t show up, that time is lost, and we can’t always fill that spot at the last minute.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up. All we ask is that you respect our time enough to give us a call or let us know if you can’t make it.
Please remember that behind every small business are real people working hard to make a living. Your time matters, but so does ours. A little courtesy and communication go a long way.
