Camera roll dump we’ve been busy and haven’t kept up with posting!
1972 chevelle was a fun project making the car complete to be a fun driver we installed a positive traction carrier with 355 gears replacing the old 273 open gearing giving the car a a lot better street drivability with a fun stop light to stoplight acceleration with its 454 and 4 speed Muncie manual transmission. We also fixed the non working speedometer and calibrated it to the gears and tire size, repaired the vintage ac system exhaust leaks and power steering system. We put a new clutch in a 2008 dodge ram 3500. We replaced oil pan gaskets and rear main seal on a 2007 mustang. We saved a customer several thousand dollars by replacing and reprogramming the tcm on a 2016 suburban rather than selling a new transmission. We rewired an old ford 8n tractor. We swapped a used cvt transmission into a 2013 Honda accord. We rebuilt the front end on a 2015 Silverado along with numerous routine maintenance and brake jobs. We are presently working on two projects. One involves a 2017 Dodge Ram with the well-known 3.6 tick issue, which requires a camshaft replacement due to a failed rocker bearing. Although we did not achieve any speed records on this project, it is now complete, and we acquired valuable insights. The original 5.3 engine experienced a lifter collapse, leading to a severe misfire and potential damage. Instead of implementing a temporary solution to a known problem, we chose to remove it. However, this was not a simple task. Newer engine control modules are secured with a gateway, and the engine will not operate correctly if the ECM is expecting specific components that are no longer present. To summarize, we successfully unlocked the ECM and reprogrammed it to function as intended from the factory.
