A dedicated crowd came and a lot of close fun racing was helped.

Results of Saturdays Pumpkin Smash Drag racing action.
 17 racers showed up and raced including nine ABC entries. Christian won his first ABC award for his locomotive.
A great time was had by all, and we now move forward, looking at the December holiday race

Drag racers, reminder that tomorrow is the pumpkin smash event. We open at 8 AM and race at 11 AM.
First will be the ABC cars if you have them, and then brackets, gasser, and tailgate.

Motown 2.0 update status
We laid out the base tables today for the VIPER Raceway, and we'll start working on the necessary outriggers to support the parts of track that hang over the basic table layout
Thanks today to Peter, Richard, Rhonda, and Braiden for help.
A little more jiggling will be needed as we get closer to final table layout but we're at a point where we at least will know where the electrical can basically go

We will now proceed with building the Viper Raceway plastic track for Motown 2.0 now.
Starting Thursday, we will start laying out the base tables so we can work on some of the electrical in advance of getting the track.

Wednesday 10-7, Motown 2.0 update status
In the last two days, we made an amazing amount of progress in our Motown 2.0 renovation project for the new Viper Raceway plastic track install.
We completed all 10 of the base tables, and Steven Friday and his son Steven Friday completed the major rework portion on the new Race Director station.
Thanks today go to Braiden, Richard, Rhonda, UPS Mike, Peter, Jerry, Steven Friday, and son Steven Friday.
I couldn't be happier with our progress
The Hill climb track is scheduled to be removed on Sunday morning, and then we will start moving the base tables into position
A lot more work to accomplish, of course, and things will move forward as quickly as possible.
