For this Saturday, please see below for a helpful FAQ Sheet for our Participants / Attendees:

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE AUTO SHOW?

1. After Paying at the Entrance, Park your Vehicle in a Designated Spot within the Car Show or VIP area per Staff Directions

2. Go to the ORANGE Speedology Tent for Registration Directions / Assistance

3. You will Receive a Registration Form that you can Complete from the Staff ONLY at the ORANGE Speedology Tent

4. You will get a Sticker with a Number to Place on your Windshield (DRIVER SIDE PLEASE) for Judges to Reference

WHAT ARE THE AUTO SHOW CATEGORIES?

1. Best Import

2. Best Domestic

3. Best Exotic

4. Best Bike / Motorcycle

5. Best Truck / SUV / Jeep

6. Best in Show

7. People’s Choice

QUESTIONS DURING THE EVENT – SEE BELOW:

1. Go to the ORANGE Speedology Tent for Assistance or Questions

2. Staff with GREEN CREW Badges will be able to Assist or Answer your Questions as well

EVENT TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES:

1. 10am = The INAUGURAL DCHS SPRING FLING AUTO SHOW Officially Begins / WELCOME!

2. 10:30am = Judging Begins for the Auto Show (See Above for Categories)
3. 12pm = National Anthem / Flag Raising Ceremony

4. 1:30pm = Judging Ends for Auto Show

5. 2:30pm = Awards Ceremony by the DJ Area

6. 3pm = Event Officially Concludes / THANK YOU!

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR TODAY:

7. There is a HYDRATION STATION by the flagpoles as we Expect Warm Weather - Stay Cool and Drink LOTS of Water!

8. Please adhere to the Staff and Crew when it comes to Parking Instructions and any other Event Requests

9. Need Assistance with Special Needs? (i.e. parking) = Let a CREW Member know (GREEN BADGE)

IMPORTANT UPDATE ‼️

‼️ RAIN DATE OF MAY 28th ‼️

PLEASE HELP SHARE

We have moved our car show to May 28th due to weather and scheduling conflicts for this weekend!!!

Everyone’s safety is our very first priority and I want to ensure we have weather that compliments an outdoor event like this one!

Please stay tuned and check back to Spring Fling Auto Show @ Davie County High School prior to May 28th with some additional details for the day’s activities and other important notes.

Again, I truly and deeply appreciate all of the support from the DCHS staff and administration, Davie County officials, the car community, vendors, sponsors and partners during this planning and I am just excited for it as you all are!!

I want to provide the most exciting and engaging accommodations for those that attend this auto show and sometimes the weather won’t adhere to our wishes.
