Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative and Vehicle Title Researcher, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions and a key player in our vehicle title research department. Your role will involve:
Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Vehicle Title Research:
Conducting detailed research on vehicle titles.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of title documents.
Working closely with government agencies and other entities to obtain necessary information.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and procedures related to vehicle titles.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Title Research
Ordering Vehicle Title Records
Collecting Order Information By Phone
Handling Customer Questions & Vehicle Title Problems
Preparing Certified Mailing Labels.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computers and research tools.
Experience in customer service; experience in vehicle title research is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
