Customer setup of the week.

That's a Polaris ADV1000 riding on one of our Cargo Pro open car haulers, aluminum, tandem axle, built 11 miles from our store at the ALCOM factory in Bonner Montana.

A few things that make this trailer work as hard as it looks:

Everybody asks. We get it.

"What's your best price?" It's a common question we hear, and honestly, it makes sense and we never take offense or judge. We are consumers too and it's reassuring knowing you "got a good deal." At Western States you can shop with confidence knowing the deal is right 🤝

The team was out early this morning flying steel, unloading a fresh batch of Snake River/CB trailers straight off the truck from Idaho.

Over two decades ago we struck up a partnership with Snake River, and here's the thing, it's still the same folks running production down there today. Same handshake relationship, still going strong twenty plus years later, and we're proud of that. This kind of continuity doesn't happen by accident. It happens because trust like this gets built one trailer at a time.

We've been supplying trailers to our communities and the entire region since 1991, and after three decades in this business, you learn which manufacturers cut corners and which ones don't. Snake River never has. There's something to being close enough to drive over and shake hands with the same people who've been building our trailers the whole time. No mystery welds. No guessing. Just trailers built a few hours from our lot, by people we trust, for customers we trust them with.

Hey everyone, Jimmy here. Just about every week, someone makes the drive from another state to buy a trailer from Western States. Bill is the latest, and he's one of those genuinely great guys who make this job fun, exciting and rewarding. He came all the way from Oregon to Montana for his new Stealth 8.5x20 Car Hauler, built in Montana with all-aluminum construction, a 10,000 lb GVWR, and 7,355 lbs of payload, ready to work or play from day one.

While he was here, we got to swapping hunting and fishing stories, and Bill told us about catching albacore tuna off the Oregon coast. He even brought us a couple cans he and his wife canned themselves. Absolutely delicious.

Bill enjoyed his time here at the store and appreciated the care and dedication we strive for every day. So much so that he offered to take me out on his boat for a day of fishing next time I'm in Oregon, and I'm holding him to it!

Bill's trip is a good example of why people come from all over the region for Western States to help solve their towing and hauling needs. We aren't just trailers, we're people, product, and relationships, since 1991.
