Well it wasn’t the ending we were hoping for the final Storm Series on Wednesday nights at Thunder Hill Speedway. Ashton struggled to gain traction. Axel did great but ended up not being able to finish his feature due to a spin out and lost chain. But everyone still had a good night and our spirits are still high! Helps to have good friends at the track!

Results:
Axel
Heat 1: started 2nd ended 1st
Feature: started 2nd but didn’t finish 😞

Ashton
Heat 1- started 5th ended 5th
B Feature- started 7th ended 5th

If was a GREAT night at 56 Speedway! Both Fahrendholz boys are taking home some hardware! Ashton placed 2nd and Axel placed 3rd in their features! What a fun track! Ashton is trying to figure out how we get a racetrack in our backyard!

It was a very exciting night for Fahrendholz Racing at Thunder Hill Speedway tonight!

Ashton took 2nd in his feature tonight! He also went from last to 1st in his heat! Axel took 1st in his B feature and fought hard in his A. Both boys raced so well tonight!

We even had some fans in the stands tonight! We had some watching from home too!

Results-
Ashton:
Heat 6th to 1st
Feature 1st to 2nd

Axel:
Heat 3rd to 4th
B Feature 4th to 1st

We had another great night at Thunder Hill Speedway! Axel spun out in his B feature and didn’t quite make it to the Feature. He did recover nicely. Ashton continues to improve finishing 4th in the Jr Wing feature! Both kids had fun and can’t wait to get back to the race track!

Tonight we raced at Thunder Hill Speedway! The night started out great but didn’t quite end the way we wanted. But… that’s racing!

Ashton:
Heat = started and ended in 1st!
Feature = started in 6th ended in 11th

Ashton has been working on his racing and we really saw his improvement. A spin out ended his race tonight.

Axel:
Heat = started in 4th ended in 3rd
Feature = 7th but did not finish due to a crash

Both drivers were ok. The car… not so lucky. The pit crew will have their hands busy.

Night 2 of the Cannon River Raceway Spooktacular Race Weekend:

Ashton didn’t quite have it tonight. He went from 3rd to 6th in his first heat. 4th to 5th in his second heat. His feature followed suit with a start in 9th and an end in 10th. We think it’s a little bit car and a little bit mentality.

However…..

🏁We have a Feature Winner on the Fahrendholz Racing Team! 🏁

Axel had an amazing night. He started 5th in his heat and ended in 1st! He started 3rd in his second heat and ended in 2nd. And he started and ended in 1st for his feature! This is Axel’s first podium and his first 1st place feature! 🥇 In typical Axel fashion, he had a small smile on his face but was very interested in the cash prize!

To say we are proud of him is an understatement. It has been so fun to watch him grow as a racer!

As always, thank you so much for your race fans!

Shout out to Pettit Racing Products and Troy Koehler for giving Axel some advice! Also to Demon Racing for the stellar chassis.

Night 1 of the Cannon River Raceway Spooktacular Race Weekend:

Ashton started the night out strong starting in 2nd and ending in 2nd for the heat. The feature was a bit more challenging with a start in 5th and ending in 10th.

Axel started in 4th for his heat and dropped one position to end in 5th. He had an awesome feature of starting in 10th and fighting his way to 4th. It was very cool to watch him gain 6 positions!

Friday night was an exciting night at Thunder Hill Speedway!

There were two heats each, A B-feature which qualified for the A-Main Feature.

Axel
heat 1, started in 6th ended in 2nd
heat 2, started 1st and ended in 2nd allowing him to skip the B Feature and go straight to the A-Main Feature, where he started and ended in 6th.
He looked great out there and performed well!

Ashton
heat 1, started in 7th ended in 5th
heat 2, started 1st ended 4th
B-Feature started 3rd ended in 6th so he didn’t qualify for the A-Main Feature.
Ashton is working on his confidence in passing.

Great night, great weather, great racing!
