Customer concern check engine light on
Inspected the turbo charge system found the waste gate arm and flap very loose.
Quoted a Turbo replacement.

When I originally quoted the job I found a turbo with kit for more than the one I originally found so I didn’t pocket the extra money.

I saw they had two parts that were right where I was and replaced both of them for FREE!!!
Saving them 5-600 dollars total!!!

THIS WAS A NEW CUSTOMER I QUOTED A JOB FOR 2k. I KNEW THIS WOULD BE A TOUGH SELL EVEN WITH MY REPORT AND TESTIMONIALS.

Let me tell you they were absolutely ecstatic I took the EXTRA CARE in helping them out with this costly job.

Have a pesky annoying belt squeak??? Well more than likely it’s NOT the belt.

Pulleys have bearings inside them that eventually wear out causing the squeak chirp sound you hear sometimes.

It can also be caused by loose tensioners or a seizing pulley.

Let me play doctor with my trust mechanic Stethoscope to find out where that annoying sound is coming from!!!!
