Welcome to the Marquette Apartments! Thank you so much for deciding to live with us, and we look forward to having you as a tenant this upcoming rental year.
We just wanted to send out a couple of reminders before your lease starts on the first!
- By the 1st. you will need to have turned in first and last month's rent. This was a provision noted on your lease. Many have mistaken your security deposit as a rent check, but the amount is only the same; therefore, it does notcount as rent. To clarify, this also counts for renewing tenants.
- During the summer, we do not have office hours. However, a student manager will be here on the 1st from 9-3. Please feel free to stop by during these hours to turn in rent, sign parking leases, or pick up keys. If you come outside of these hours, you will need to contact Carlito, our maintenance guy, to let you into the office at 847-644-4512. As for picking up keys, you can pick up keys for the rest of your roommates.
- When you do move in, please make a list of maintenance issues that were missed during the turnover of apartments. As most of you moved in early, it made it slightly more difficult for our maintenance staff to clear up all possible issues. When you have finished compiling this list, please drop it off in the main office on 929 N. 17th Street, and we will get to during the month of June. If there are major issues that need to be addressed right away, please contact our maintenance guy, Carlito, at 847-644-4512. Feel free to email this list to if you do not have access to the 929 Building.
- For July and August Rent, you will need to send them to the Evanston office. Again, no one will be in the office to pick them up. The address is as of follows:

- The Evanston Office also will be the best number if you need information about financial issues regarding your lease. The phone number is 847-328-4557.
Overall, just remember, please do not call the office during the summer - no one will be there to return your call. If you were to call the office for anything, please call for work orders throughout the summer. Let us know if you need anything, email ([email protected]) will be the best way to reach us until the new school year starts. We will then direct you to the best contact for your concerns.
Marquette I apartments are located on N 16th Street between the cul-de-sac and the alley. A small courtyard separates two buildings that house 2 and 3 bedroom units. Tenants pay $560-$535/person for rent and an electric bill of apprx. $75/month. Water, cooking gas, cable and internet are included in the rent.
Marquette II apartments are located on N 17th Street between State and Kilbourn across from Rene Row. We own both the 919 and 929 buildings. They are identical in layout. These two buildings accommodate 2 and 4 bedroom units. Tenants pay $505/person for rent while water, heat, cooking gas, cable and internet are included in the rent.
You may fill the units with more tenants than bedrooms, and that will simply reduce the rent per person.
Washers and dryers are the the second floor of our Marquette I buildings and on the ground floor of our Marquette II buildings.
Parking is available for all apartment tenants at Marquette II on the ground level in the garage. Spaces fill up quick and they are first come first serve at the time of move-in.
