Important Update!!!!!

As of 01/31/2026 we will no longer be a “partner shop” with Progressive Insurance. This decision comes after a lot of deliberation and attempted negotiation with Progressive. We will not sacrifice our quality of repair and workmanship for anyone, especially insurance companies!

What this means:
- We can and will still assist you with your claim(s) with Progressive and any other insurance company.
- We will still work with their labor rate, your only out of pocket expense will be your deductible!
- Our in-house warranty has always applied to all work performed here and that will not change! This is every job, Progressive or not.
- We will have the freedom to fight for you, to get your repair done correctly!

What this does not mean:
- You must choose a different shop. In the State of Vermont, it is the law! You ALWAYS have shop choice! No matter what. We would be happy to help you!
- You will have additional out-of-pocket expenses. We are not currently charging overage on hourly rates!
- Parts usage will be sacrificed. Not true at all! We push to get the highest quality part for your vehicle and price match with our OEM vendors to get you OEM parts as much as possible!

We appreciate your support over the years and strive to continue being your favorite “ma and pa shop”. We look forward to continuing to serve this community far and wide without contractual mandates from insurance companies!
This also means we have openings for non-drive vehicles immediately! Previously these were reserved for our contract. Is your vehicle sitting in a tow yard? Maybe in your driveway? Waiting for repairs? Give us a call!

We also have availability for other repairs as soon as Feb 16th!

REMEMBER: We have been and can still continue to serve all of our Upstate New York friends! Offering flatbed services to you as well!

Meet Frank, our miniature Dachshund who sometimes hangs around the shop. Some of you may have even met him. He is our pride and joy!

Frank is currently in WOKO's Mutt Mayhem competition and is competing to win the cutest pup crown. If you think he is cute please vote for him! You can vote once per day each day, the voting ends for the "final fur" Friday @ 8:00 am. If Frank wins this round he will go head to head with the other pup. Competing for a basket full of goodies, all for Frank!

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the autobody repair industry is highly preferred.
Candidates wishing to take on painting responsibilities must possess guaranteed prior painting experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform panel replacements, dent repair, and welding to industry standards.
Proficiency in prepping vehicles for paint, priming, and painting.
Experience with color matching is a plus.
Must be hardworking, independent, detail-oriented, committed, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
A team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

We are looking for an autobody technician with a complete set of skills and experience.

We would like someone who can bring:
- Collision repair experience
- Complete set of tools
- Buffing and wet sanding experience
- Ability to weld
- Full time availability
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of vehicles to disassemble and reassemble independently
- Basic mechanical knowledge; oil changes, tire changes, radiator changes, etc.
- Willingness to work independently and grow with our company

Please review our updated fee schedule, effective January 1, 2024:

-$50 charge for estimates! This will apply to the cost of your repair, deductible or be refunded to you at time repairs are completed!
-Body labor $60/hour
-Refinish labor $60/hour
-Paint and materials by RO only! Estimate is an estimate!
-Mechanical $80/hour
-"I have my own parts" $125/hour, mechanical or body

Labor rates can and will be negotiated with your insurance companies, at this time we are not charging customers for hourly labor differences regardless of posted rates. If you are a cash pay customer you will be responsible for $60/hr regardless.

ATTENTION ALLSTATE AND STATEFARM customers!! Your insurance company will NOT pay RO/pour sheets for paint and materials. If this difference is greater than $100 we do expect you to pay this out of pocket. We also recommend switching insurance companies!
