Hello everyone! I wanted to give you all an update as to our current operations status. We received power Thursday at 3:30 pm. We were then able to start with cleanup detail on the graphics side and outside debris pick up. Our team came together and were a huge help in getting the massive mess cleaned up and everything reorganized!
We still have no phone or internet services as of today. I plan to try and find an alternate service provider for our needs on both fronts this week. I also just got the metal ordered for our roof this afternoon and hoping to pick that up tomorrow afternoon. We hope to get that installed this week before our next rain event. On our last rain event this past Friday water was pouring into Tina's office and over her front entry door due to no metal present above. This is a must to be resolved quickly.
We have accomplished a massive amount of cleanup and repairs over this past week but sadly still have alot left to do before going live again. So for that reason Turn One Performance will be closed this week and plan to be ready for business as usual on Tuesday October 27th. We are very sorry for this but we are still not where we need to be to provide services as usual. We will be working hard to get what we can done between working on building repairs and 64 current repair orders!
Please allow us this week to do as much as we can without interruption through messaging us for a "status update" please. We are motivated more then you know to get everyone's bike back to them!! If your bike is completed and ready for pick up we will message you here or call with instructions as to how to go about scheduling your pick up. Thank you for being such great customers and our extended family! We appreciate you all!!

Hello everyone! I hope you all are making progress on clean up and repairs. We are making progress at our residence but still have no power or anything else currently at both our shop and home. We id some cleanup work at the shop on the graphics side and picked up several pieces of our sign faces. Graphics sign is awal! 😆 We also have clean up to do at two rentals with tree work at both and still have siding at our home to repair.
Based on the unbelievable amount of damage and cleanup that has to be done Turn One Performance and the Graphics shop will be closed this week so we can handle as much as possible and try and get the roof repaired before our next rain event. I ask you all to please be kind to one another and strangers as we have no idea what they may be dealing with. We ask for your patience with us as we navigate through this aftermath. Please follow our page for updates. We are working together at Turn One to be open and fully operational when we do have power, phones, internet so we can carry on as we did before the storm. I know we did not have it as many others did but it is still a burden nonetheless. We are however grateful that we are still here to serve! God bless you all from all of us at Turn One! Hello everyone! I hope you all are safe and have minimal or no damage from our recent storm. My apologies for not posting anything prior to the storm. We were scrambling to get things ready for the storm. We currently are without power. Our roof over the graphics department has damage and allowed water damage to occur as well as the front window on the graphics side was blown out additional to additional water damage. I want to put all of our performance customers minds at rest! No bikes in our building sustained any damage whatsoever! We are asking all of you to be patient with us as we deal with the lack of power, trying to make repairs at the shop and at our personal residences. We got hammered on both fronts! No need to call or message us in regards to bikes or status updates as we will not be capable of working on anything without power. So our focus is to try and get what repairs we need to complete so when it is restored we are able to pick up where we left off. I will be posting when that happens. I hope you all faired better than us. We will get through this together as we always do! Thank you from all of us for your understanding and God bless all of our extended family. 🙏

Gen 3 hayabusa. We did a full color correction and swirl removal to prep for a Graphene coating. We also developed templates for a carbon fiber paint protection film. This has a real carbon weave and a self healing topcoat. Message us for pricing on carbon kits we can mail out a self install kit or you can have it done here.

We wanted to clear a few things up about our shop and how we operate.

We are not your average service shop. Over the last 22 years, we’ve built a business that handles everything from basic maintenance to high-end performance work, custom fabrication, diagnostics, tuning, and repair. We are a Dynojet tuning center with over 20 years of tuning experience, working on everything from old carbureted bikes to the newest ECU-controlled machines.

Our shop is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to dyno tune, ECU flash, diagnose complex issues, machine parts, 3D scan, 3D print, and build custom solutions that many other shops simply cannot offer. We also have the ladies on our graphics side who not only help with day-to-day operations, but can also add custom colors and graphics to your bikes. We truly are a one-stop shop for everything motorsports.

A lot of shops won’t touch older machines. We generally service units from 2000 and newer, not because we lack the knowledge to work on older bikes, but because sourcing reliable parts for older machines has become increasingly difficult.

We are dealers for most major motorcycle parts, tires, and accessory brands, and we do our best to take care of customers with discounts whenever possible.

There’s a reason the shop stays busy. The level of work being done here is not just basic service work. A large amount of what comes through our doors involves custom work, diagnostics, fabrication, and performance tuning, and our pricing reflects the time, equipment, and experience required to do that work correctly.

When we tell customers their machine is in queue for a certain number of business days before evaluation, we ask that you please understand and respect that process. Calling the next day to ask if it has been looked at does not move the unit ahead in line. If anything it slows us down from completing the jobs in front of you that would allow us to get to your unit sooner. Every customer will be contacted as soon as we complete an evaluation and again when the work is finished.

We are a privately owned and operated shop that has proudly served this area for over two decades, and we appreciate every customer, old and new, who walks through our doors.

We don’t do this because it’s easy — we do it because we love it. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a new rider’s face when they twist the throttle on a machine that gives them that adrenaline rush, or seeing someone reunited with a family bike that hasn’t run in years and watching them see it running and looking brand new again.
