So Sorry for the lack of content, but we've been very grateful and literally nonstop since Mothers Day. So, if you've booked with us in these last two months... Anyways... Did you know we do boats? Thats right, we took care of this Sea Ray right before Memorial Day. Full wash, polished the hull to remove the river grime and bring that shine back and cleaned the top deck. She's ready, and by now probably already enjoying the nice weather on the water.

So here is where a lot of detailers would turn this client away. I had an older customer call me, looking for a full vehicle detail. Gave them my prices for their vehicle size, and at first, they agreed, but after thinking about it, they called me back and said at this time it wasn't within their budget. Fair enough, most detailers would end it here, however I asked them, what was their budget and what really bothered them about her vehicle. After discussing with them, their main issue was the messiness of the driver side area and footwell area. So after I dropped my kids off at school, I went to their place, picked the vehicle up, brought it back to the studio, took care of the driver side area, center console, cleaned the mat, shampooed the seat and carpet, brought their vehicle back to them, all for a really great affordable price for them. They loved the outcome and was so happy, we made a client for life, and that's really all that matters...The little things. While everyone is racing to the top to nickel and dime you, we like to keep it family friendly with our services and to always stay humble.

You know, I respond to quotes delivered to me all the time from my website, and I do my best to explain the value I provide compared to the “cheaper guy.” My prices are very comparable to the market I’m in, and more importantly the value I provide compared to actual brick and mortar detailers.

The other day, I sent out a quote and then followed up a couple of days later since I didn’t hear back and their response was “We are seeing what other quotes come back at”, which sounds a lot like, “We want to go with the cheaper quote”. I politely explained to them that my prices are based on several factors, such as the professional grade products and equipment I use, the fact were licensed and insured, the hours of meticulous labor required to get the results they see in my portfolio and the years of expertise and value I bring. Theres a reason why we have over 175 5 Star Reviews on Google.

The chance that the cheaper guy is licensed and insured, I can guarantee you its zero. They damage something on your vehicle and you can guarantee you’re paying for it out of pocket…there’s no accountability. Professional grade products and services that last? You’re most likely getting the products found on AutoZone & Walmart shelves. That ceramic coating you were quoted $199 to install, that’s most likely a $10 spray bottle that is “Ceramic Infused” which will last a month at best with absolutely zero paint correction to go with it.

And don’t get me started on how many times vehicles are brought to me because “the cheaper guy” didn’t know what they were doing. (Here's one example and yes, it's a true story that this video is based from)

Them- There’s these marks all over my paint job from the last auto detailer, they won’t rub off, what are they?”
Me- By any chance did they upsell you a claybar service?
Them- Yea
Me- A claybar is great to remove paint contamination, but it’s always recommended to follow up the claybar with a light polish to remove the marring. The last detailer didn’t do that did they?
I then demonstrate a small area on their car that the polish does indeed remove the marring but this is what separates the cheap inexperienced from the reasonable experienced quote. The client learned their lesson by paying for a vehicle detail 2x

So before you run and accept that cheaper off, you need to think to yourself, why is it so cheap? What value am I getting? Will I be completely satisfied? The old saying still applies, Cheap labor isn’t good and good labor isn’t cheap.

Another RV in the books. This RV received a full wash/paint sealant on exterior and a 2-step correction on the rear to bring back that shine. We then topped the rear off with a 2-year ceramic coating to help fight off UV rays .
