We are looking to fill our schedule! We have been working on a project on Corry Station military training base for the last couple months and unfortunately have been stiffed by the GC of the project. So in the mean time while we are awaiting payment that will likely take up to 6 months or longer, we are running outrageous deals on concrete work, landscape cleanups, demo's, fences, property cleanups/debris removals, and machine work(skid steer/excavators).

Customer was having issues with the original patio sloping back towards the house, cause all sorts of issues between natural water issues and their outdoor shower. We were able to step in and properly slope their new front porch area away from the house and add an additional drain to catch any excess runoff from the gutter and shower!

We can handle any job you throw our way! Big or small, we have got the manpower and energy to handle it!

Had a customer reach out letting us know she was about to have a knee replacement surgery and wanted nothing more than a solid patio surface she could put her potted plants and raised flower beds on to still be able to manage without having to go into the sandy yard, so of course we jumped into action and delivered this double extension on the back of her house!
Now, there is plenty of room to roll around take care of her "Back porch garden"!

We were able to grade, form, pour and cleanup this project in a single day! That goes to show how well our turnaround time is! No lengthy waits from the day we form it, before it gets poured.

Happy New Year to all!

With this new year kicking off, lets go ahead and get everybody scheduled on these lawn cleanups! The sooner we can get it on the schedule the cheaper it will be!

As the springtime quickly approaches and the grass begins to grow and thicken again, it makes it significantly harder on our equipment to cut throw and clean up, thus also causing it to take longer.

Finished up this shed foundation in Valparaiso today. We will allow it to cure over the next couple of days while we all enjoy the holidays with our family's. Then the custom shed will be to follow, by another sub-contractor!
