Did you know your used cooking oil is worth cash?

That oil out back gets recycled into renewable fuel, which means it has value. Your value.

Ace Grease picks it up, tracks every gallon, and mails you a rebate check. Most kitchens pay $0 for the container and the pickup.

Stop giving it away.

Stolen oil is a stolen payment. Grateful to this customer Big Daddy's Bar & Grill - Soulard for putting it on camera. If your tank has no lock and no pickup log, let’s fix that.

Ace Grease started with one truck and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing.

33 years later, we've got a lot more trucks. The phone still doesn't stop ringing. And the boss? He will still answer it.

That's not a slogan. It's how a family business gets built: one call, one customer, one promise kept at a time.

Happy Boss's Day to the guy who built all of this. Thanks for showing us what showing up looks like.

Manufacturing Day usually spotlights assembly lines. Ours starts at the back door of your restaurant. Raw used cooking oil is rendered β€” heated, separated, filtered β€” into refined yellow grease, a feedstock for biodiesel and dozens of industrial products. It is heavy industry doing quiet, essential work: turning a disposal cost into a commodity.

Will the oil in your fryer this morning become fuel for your next airplane flight?

Every gallon of used cooking oil we pick up gets recycled into biodiesel β€” less waste, more energy, zero extra work for your kitchen.
Stay tuned: We are showing where your grease goes after we haul it. Spoiler: somewhere pretty great.

Funnel cakes. Churros. Beignets. Fried is a dessert group, and we will not be taking questions. To every kitchen running a dessert fryer: we see you, we haul for you, and we respect the craft. National Dessert Day, done right.

The inspector doesn't care how busy Friday was.

They lift the lid. They look. Then they ask one question: "When was this last pumped?"

If you've got a clean trap and a service record to hand over, it's a short conversation. If you don't, it's a long one.

We pump it, clean it, and document every visit, so you have the answer before anyone asks.

Behind every service is someone who chose to show up.

The voice that answers our phone at 2 a.m. The rep who knows which door to knock on. The tech who pulls your oil before the lunch rush. And on your side of the back door: the chef keeping the line moving, the host who remembers a regular's name, the server who turns a rough night into a good table.

It's Customer Service Week, and this one's for all of them. Ours and yours.

Thank you for taking care of people.

Nobody opens the grease trap on purpose. That's how it gets you.

Out of sight, it fills every shift. Grease, oil, food solids. Nobody looks until the drains slow down, the smell reaches the dining room, or the inspector lifts it for you.

So we lift it first.

Hose in the front door. Pumped to the bottom. Floor traps, under-sink traps, lines jetted. Every drop out, on a schedule built around your hours, not ours.

Oil, trap, lines. One call. One invoice. Zero chasing.

They said they were the oil guys.

Two guys pulled up behind an Evansville fast-food restaurant at 2 a.m. this week and told the crew they were there to pick up the oil. The crew didn't know them. And they knew that's not how oil gets collected.

Police found about 300 gallons in their van. That's more than one restaurant puts out, so it probably wasn't their first stop of the night.

Used cooking oil is worth real money. That's why your hauler sends you a rebate check, and it's also why someone with a van and a pump wants it.

What actually helps:
β†’ A locking, theft-deterrent lid on your container
β†’ A well-lit spot your team can see
β†’ A pickup schedule your crew knows by heart
β†’ A hauler your people recognize on sight

That last one is easy with us. Ace drivers show up in Ace uniforms, in red Ace trucks, on the schedule your team already knows. Most of our customers know their driver by name. If someone shows up in an unmarked van in street clothes at 2 a.m., your crew will know right away it isn't us.

Every container we place stays locked, and we offer theft-deterrent lids.

If your current vendor doesn't offer theft-deterrent education and options, call us. It's your oil, and it should stay that way.
