There will not be a car show this year. The City of Mills instead will be commemorating America’s 250th birthday alongside the grand opening of Service and Sacrifice Park with a special Fourth of July community celebration.

Parking this year will be the same as last year. Please enter on Pendell from the east. We'll have everyone facing west and you can leave to the west.

Remember, spend your entry fee with one of our vendors - and enjoy the day with good food, drink and music!

Thirteen food vendors; 40 craft and other unique vendors and three adult beverage vendors, plus live music, fun for the kiddos and a free car show. There's plenty to see and do at this year's Mills Summer Fest.

Bring the family and join us at Freden Park. Bring your show ride, project or just old pile o' junk and enter it in our free car show.

Car show entries: No early entry before 9.m. Car show begins at 11 (as does Summer Fest). We'll line up on Pendell from the east side (Falcon St. intersection).

We don't have a lot of parking help this year so you all know what to do: alternate backing up to the curb facing west, just like last year.

Well at the Mills Summer Fest car show, we're working with Marshall Lucky to ease your burden.

Not only are we fighting high car show prices; not only are we murdering high car show prices, we're blowing the living s**t out of high car show prices.

Yessir, you heard us right! Bring your ride and come on down to the Mills Summer Fest Car Show, Saturday, May 31 at Freden Park. Enter from Pendell Blvd.

No high prices, no fees, no registration, no judging. Just a great selection of used cars for all of us to enjoy!

In the spirit of old newspaper ads, the 2025 Summer Fest Car Show poster!

Join us Saturday, May 31 at Freden Park in Mills for a free car show to support the Summer Fest activities. Show entries on Pendell. No shows before 9 a.m. and stay as long as you like - the festival runs until 5 p.m. Food, drink, music, plenty of activities for the kiddos - just a good, old fashioned community get-together!

This year's show is going cheap. As in free! No registration required, no judging and no awards (well, we might have a few things to pass out). Let's just enjoy everyone's rides without the hassle of worrying about winning (or losing) anything, as well as enjoy a great day at Summer Fest!

Show hours are 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. with no cars allowed to park before 9 a.m. And we won't kick you out at 3, in fact please stay until 5 p.m. - plenty of food, drinks, music, vendors and fun for the kids!

If you really want to throw a 20 at the show, can we suggest instead investing in a 50/50 raffle ticket benefitting the Mills Citizens Relief Fund, and buying food, drinks and merchandise from our wonderful vendors?

Parking as we did last year - both sides of Pendell Boulevard entering from the intersection at Falcon Avenue. We'll extend the parking west on Pendell past Fulton Street if needed.

We'll have volunteers and City staff on-hand to help with parking. As we fill up we may switch the parking entrance to the west side at Badger Lane. But please, no parking before 9 a.m.!

We look forward to seeing everyone's show cars, trucks, projects, hot rods and whatever you want to bring. See you Saturday, May 31!
