Hi Everyone, I found some interesting stuff this week while cleaning out...

I have a complete FMIC intercooler kit for the Mk5 available. (You're probably surprised to learn we offered this setup) It's been a decade+ since we developed this. The cost to manufacture at the time was so high we couldn't compete, so we never fully released them.

The kit fits the Mk5, all models. It includes the intercooler, charge pipes, OEM intercooler pipe adapter, couplers and t-bolt clamps. I ran this kit on my FSI and loved it. The intercooler core is a Treadstone C6. We built the endtanks in-house with mounting brackets to fit without modification. The piping is 2.5" aluminized steel powdercoated wrinkle black. The OEM intercooler pipe adapter was CNC machined by us. I think I am showing 2 couplers in these photos but I would include 3 and the necessary clamps. The clamps are stainless steel t-bolt clamps for silicone couplers.

I have one complete kit for sale. I don't know what to charge for this, so talk to me. I've been out of the scene for long enough to no longer who's selling what for how much.

I have 12 more sets of pipes if you're building your own. Looking for $50/set for those. No more OEM adapters.

I also have 8 Vibrant intercooler cores available. These are #12831 and they measure 22" x 9" x 3.25". We used these on our Audi TT 225 FMIC kit which also met the same fate as the FSI kit. Manufacturing these took way too much time and materials to compete. I have two cores that are brand new, each with a small dent that doesn't affect performance. I have 6 cores that we had welded endtanks on, but cut them off. If I remember correctly we had a design change. There's nothing functionally wrong with these, they just need to be touched up.

I also have a couple of our older model O2 spacers available. Looking for $35 each. They are raw steel, so they will rust. (People keep asking me for these even in raw steel, so I will post as I find them)

Some new finds:

Headliner/A-Pillar Fabric
The two rolls pictured are leftover from our a-pillar pod production. This is aftermarket headliner fabric 3/16"-1/4" foam backed. The rolls measure 5ft long. I have 6ft of gray and 20ft of black. This can be used to reupholster headliners, a-pillars, pods, etc. It's aftermarket (there's no such thing as a roll of OEM fabric) so the color match is as close as I could get it. I applied it with contact cement.

Shipping these rolls would be expensive, but I can do it. I can also cut it up into pieces and fold it up. PM me with your size requirements. Make offer $$

The three pieces of fabric laid out are samples I had made for me with a tricot stitch to match the Mk5 headliner. I never moved forward with the Mk5 a-pillar pods. I recall having an artist hissy fit and scrapping the project because I thought the pods were ugly. These pieces are 3ft x 4ft and each have a bit cutout. The black fabric is separating from the foam a bit (spray adhesive to fix that). Looking for $25 for these 3 pieces.

B8+ 5x112-5x130 18mm Porsche Adapters
I have two pairs of adapters 5x112-5x130 with 66.56 center bore. I am including 71.6mm centering rings for Porsche wheels. M14 studs, mounting bolts, and Porsche ball seat lug nuts. I have to buy all of the hardware for these, so unfortunately I am not able to offer them for the same discount I sold the rest of our adapters. I am looking for $150/pair or $300 for both pairs. They would ship in 1-2 weeks.

Anyone want to mess with some old gauges? I have a couple boxes of old inventory, scratch and dent, etc. Some of the boost gauges need to be adjusted. Everything works. Lots of random stuff. VDO, Stewart Warner, and some misc. A good amount of brand new stuff. I don't have time to do an inventory of everything here, so make offer on everything and it's yours.

I took on way too much with the last post 3 weeks ago. Everything has either shipped or is packed up and shipping tomorrow. I do have a lot leftover from that post as many people backed out or ghosted me. PM if there's something from the last post you are interested in.

As always, I'm doing my best to ship ASAP but I am only able to visit the shop for 4hrs on Tuesdays. I have a full time job and two young children. I'm requesting patience ahead of time. Appreciate the interest in saving this stuff from the scrap bin/dumpster. Everything will be history by 2027.
