We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to leave us a review—it truly means a lot. In today’s world, reviews are the modern version of word of mouth, and they make a big difference for a small business like ours.
We appreciate all feedback, both positive and constructive. Even when someone may not fully agree with how we do things, we value the honesty. It helps us learn, improve, and continue providing better service.
Here’s one of our latest reviews: ONE STAR* Took my 2007 Jeep wrangler here last year with holes in my front floor pans. They passed it. Took my 2020 Jeep gladiator in there and they failed it for all sway bars bad, front breaks bad, bad front rotors the whole nine. Took it for a second opinion and only need two sway bars and front breaks weren’t as bad as they claimed. I will never come back.
This is our reply: I’m sorry you did not have a good experience. The service writer should have better explained and showed you pictures of your brakes. I will post them on our Facebook and Google page, your front brake pads are not making any contact with your front brake rotors because of the rust on the inside of the rotors. You actually complained about the brake noise and agreed that they looked bad (reading the notes on the RO). They should never have passed PA safety inspection, the other shop did not do you any favors by passing an unsafe vehicle. As for your 2007 Jeep Wrangler, we do not have any records of it under your name. We would have never passed a rusty Jeep, because it's a common issue. I would like for you to reach out to me so we can clear up this matter and make sure you are driving a safe vehicle. Please email or call.
