Unfortunately this time has come and I hate to say this.
I have gotten word a couple transmissions that were sold as a sprag eliminator builds and after looking back at the build requests the original owner did not get a sprag eliminator build. A couple that were advertised as one of our builds and after taking them in to look over they were not one of ours at all.

If your looking to buy a unit from anyone I advise getting ahold of us and I'll go over the previous builds requests and let you know when and what they purchased.

GHE Transmissions waffle.
Recently a dear member of our derby family become very sick.

Joy Morehead passed away May 9th 2022.
She was a Mom Grandma and good friend to everyone in our group. She made it to almost everyone of our near home derby toughed out the wild rain storms and the crazy hot days. She also helped at the gate on derby day just so others wouldn't miss the show helped organize the events at our home town derby.
She will missed by many but never left out or forgotten.

There will be a benefit may 22nd 2022 and I would like to donate a transmission for waffle and donate all proceedings to the family at the time just like the last one.

We will start with 150 spots at 20 a spot. This will be a normal build.
If it fills at 150 spots I will open up more spots one at a time until the night before the benefit to an unlimited amount of spots.
If it hits atleast 150 spots I will upgrade it to our new sprag eliminator build.

GHE Transmissions have been working since the end of last summer on a new build to make our transmissions hold up even longer and take more abuse. I waited until I ran one personally before I released them to everyone.Our new build has a sprag eliminator machined in house, this means we remove the known failure item sprag/one way roller clutch. In doing this the sprag and rear band will not fail leaving you with only forward or reverse, or even worse, nothing.

We will now offer 2 builds:

#1- Our normal build which is now $800 plus a core.

#2- Our new build with the sprag eliminator $1500 plus a core.

Converters are $160 for stock style.

A Stall Converter based on what you need for your engine and or converters for a Ultra bell start at $200.

Cores need to be rebuildable. If we build a Chevy bell we will need a Chevy core for exchange. Short tail builds will now require a short tail core.

We do not rebuild without a core trade in either before the build or at the time of pick up.

No core, no transmission.

Trade Options: Three rebuildable complete 350's non lockup for one Chevy bell 400 case or two 350's for bop or cut bell 400.

✨BENEFIT GHE TRANSMISSION WAFFLE ✨
Broc Smith is a bright, athletic, hardworking, determined 21 yr old kid who is currently attending Evangel University in Springfield, MO on a basketball scholarship. After graduation he is planning on attending optometry school to become an eye doctor. In early July Broc was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Now on top of his studies and practices, he is also dealing with doctors, scans, treatments and the bills that come along with it. Broc is a warrior and we have faith he will come through this, but we want to try to help take some of that burden off of him and his family. Since his grandfather has played such a big role in machining parts for our GHE derby transmissions, we figured it was only suiting that we waffle one off with the proceeds going to help with the cost of the cancer treatments! There will be 50 spots at $20 each.
Winner will be responsible for pick up and core exchanged at that time.
It can be built and delivered to Blizzard bash.
I will contact winner after drawing and discuss the build at that time.
We are having a poker run October 23 I would like to draw the winner at the poker run.
After its full I will give 24 hours for spots to be paid for or spot will be forfeited.

plus core exchange
Each build will have new converter, new clutches, steels, all new seals and gaskets, pipe dipstick, and everything checked and replaced if needed.
