One of the best parts of being a local business is supporting local kids.

Our Auto Rescue Bulls got to throw out the first pitch at the Richmond Flying Squirrels game this week. We couldn't be prouder of this team and everything they accomplished this season. ⚾

As an end of season treat the Richmond Little League Auto Rescue Bulls got to throw the first pitch at the Richmond Flying Squirrels game in the brand new stadium!!!

These boys worked hard all year and we were very proud to sponsor them!

A few of these players showed the core values needed to play on the RLL All Stars team this summer so stay tuned!!

Some shops are built around individuals, we are building ours around teams.

Here’s Zach and Jared at Auto Rescue Midlothian tackling a repair together. One underneath the vehicle, one up top, both working the problem together.

The natural instinct to work with others, communicate, help your teammate and attack challenges together instead of struggling alone… that’s harder to teach. That part comes from within.

That team mentality is not just what we strive for around here, it’s who we are.

This one was special.

Final day of Car Club at Salem Church Middle School.

All year these kids have been getting after it… learning parts, asking great questions, getting their hands dirty.

Yesterday it all came together.

Checking fluids.
Changing filters.
Testing batteries.

Real work.

Not watching… doing.

You could see the shift.

“I’m not sure” turned into
“I got it”
“I can do that”
“I know where to find the answer”

That’s the win.

We didn’t focus on memorizing everything.
We focused on figuring it out.

Open the manual.
Follow the process.
Work the problem.

And they did.

Some of these kids are already talking about getting into the automotive world. And honestly… I’d hire a few of them tomorrow if I could.

But even if they don’t go that route, they’ve got something now.

Flat tire? They’re good.
Dead battery? They’re good.
Stuck somewhere? They can handle it.

That matters.

Proud of this group. Proud to be a part of it.
