Big Announcements Part 1:

Facility Upgrades

We have been working and planning this offseason figuring out how we can improve our facility to better accommodate you racers and our race events to grow RC Arena . Here is what we have come up with.

1. Brand New Roof!
The crews have been working timelessly getting the new roof installed on the entire arena. I know in the past races, you had to pick a special spot where there wasn’t a small leak coming down on your pit table. Not a problem any longer!

2. New Exhaust Fans
Along with the new roof, we have also had exhaust fans on each end of the building installed! This will help accommodate the smoke from our nitro cars. Will it be completely smoke free? No. Will this help get the smoke out of the building better? Absolutely!

3. MORE PARKING!
This one is the one we are most ecstatic for, MORE PARKING! We understand, parking has been an issue, and we appreciate you all working with us being patient on race days with getting everyone parked correctly so we still have good traffic floor. We are in the process of opening up a new gravel lot on the east side of the building. Between the entrance and the arena. This will help accommodate more vehicles and trailers to grow RC Arena. See attached photo of added parking lots!

4. Upgraded PA System
This one is much needed as well. We plan on updating our PA system with more speakers around the facility. This will hopefully eliminate if not minimize the excuses of “oh I didn’t hear the race director calling for me to marshall after my race finished”.

Stay tuned for part 2 and 3 of the big announcement series and hope to see you racers this winter!
