Looking forward to this project. We are doing a Restomod 63 Corvette! Yes, I know that this gives the purists nightmares, but this is going to be amazing when it is all done. It will be a long process as we will also be contracting out the body and paint and the custom interior. It came in this week for disassembly and we will begin some of the mock up work before the Scott's Hot Rods chassis gets here. It will be powered by an LS3 and the power will be delivered through a TKX 5 speed. Much more to come on this one with still a lot more decisions to be made. Jim brought in his 37 Cabriolet to take care of a shotty wiring that was installed inside the vehicle throughout the years. We are removing all of the existing wiring and installing an American Autowire Highway 22 kit and installing the fuse block in the trunk. This will give the car years of reliablity in the future. This 1969 Nova came into the shop with a Big Block that had a dead hole. The customer decided he wanted to go with a LS Swap so we removed the Big Block and installed a Blueprint 376/530 HP engine controlled by a Holley Terminator X Max. Behind the engine we installed a 4L60E. To make sure that all the electronics continue to work properly we removed the original wire harness and installed an American Autowire Classic Update kit. The customer also decided to install QA1 coil overs on the front and 4 link in the rear. He then went with a set of new Rally Wheels to give the car a classic look. Thank you to everyone that came out tonight. The turnout was amazing. While most people raved about it we realize that there were some hiccups and we are going to do what we can to make your next experience better.
