This week I had to remove and install this Propell for this boat.

--Sacrificial Anodes or Zincs.
As We well know, these are designed for protecting boat metals from static electricity that is in the water, produced by other boats or by the marina itself.
The zincs must not be painted, and if a monthly maintenance is not done, they will get dirty, (as if they were painted) and therefore they will stop working. This cleaning, Does Not occur by itself when the boat is sailing, but it must be done by direct manual scraping.
photos attached ---Anodos de Sacrificio o Zinc. Ya bien sabemos que estos están diseñados para proteger los metales del barco de electricidad estática que se encuentra en el agua producida por los otros barcos o la misma marina.
Los zinc no se deben pintar y si no se les hace un mantenimiento mensual se ensucian de manera tal como que estuvieran pintados y dejan de trabajar lo cual no se limpia con la navegación del barco sino con un raspado directo.
