Good to be back sharing these landscapes again.

South Florida is more than beaches and skylines. It’s mangrove forests, cypress domes, hidden trails, wildlife — and a deep cultural history shaped by the people who have lived along these waters.

These are two of the bird species commonly seen during our tours. While their feeding habits and sometimes body shape are similar, they are quite different creatures. Anhingas have a more tropical range, sharp bills, and are quite solitary. Cormorants on the other hand can live further north into temperate areas and usually hang out in flocks. Both love fish!!!
