DECKHAND
Looking for someone with 6+ months’ experience who is motivated, hands-on and keen to develop within a new program.

The role will support the Mate with:
• Daily exterior maintenance and detailing
• Docking and line handling procedures
• Tender and water toys
• Washdowns and general deck duties
• Maintaining the vessel to a high standard

STEWARDESS / COOK
Looking for a capable Stew/Cook to work alongside and support the Chief Stewardess with housekeeping and interior duties, while also taking responsibility for straightforward, fresh onboard cooking.

While in Florida: primarily crew and owner lunches, with occasional additional meals.

While cruising the Bahamas: breakfast preparation, lunches and occasional dinners when the owners are dining onboard.

This is not intended to be a high-end chef position. We are looking for someone confident in the galley who can consistently prepare good-quality, fresh and healthy meals.

This is an owner-operated program cruising South Florida and the Bahamas. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, enjoys working in a close-knit team, and has a positive, proactive attitude.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• EXPERIENCED MATE
Seeking a professional and experienced Mate with strong operational awareness, good maintenance standards, and confidence operating independently. Previous experience driving and maintaining a 36’ Aviara tender is highly preferred. Candidate should be capable of taking owners out independently when required, assisting with docking operations, washdowns, maintenance, guest operations, and overall vessel presentation.

• DECK/STEW
Seeking a motivated Deck/Stew with relative experience in both deck and interior departments onboard yachts. Candidate should be comfortable assisting across both departments while maintaining a high standard of presentation, organization, and professionalism. We’re looking for a professional, service-oriented stewardess to join a 2023 San Lorenzo SL90A, privately owned and based in Aventura, Florida.

🛥 PROGRAM OVERVIEW
• Private use only – primarily weekend day trips
• Anchoring in Oleta State Park or the Haulover area
