Happy Monday from Aces Elite.

New week, new energy, and some big news to kick it off… we’re welcoming a McLaren specialist to the team. That’s more expertise under our roof and more reason to trust us with the cars you care about most.

The bays are full, beautiful cars are rolling in all week, and the heat is finally breaking. Honestly, there’s never been a better time to live in Arizona and own something special. European, exotic, classic… this is the season to get it dialed in and enjoy it.

Most people will never see this.

That’s the fuel tank out of a 2019 McLaren 600LT. The purge valve and EVAP components sit right on top of it, so when something’s off in that system, the tank comes out.

We don’t guess and we don’t throw parts at it. Tank out, every component tested, everything inspected while we have access. The goal is simple... do it right so it only comes out once.

This is the kind of job people assume means weeks at the dealer. It doesn’t have to.

It started as a simple complaint. The A/C wasn’t blowing cold.

The fix? Pull the entire dashboard out of this Porsche Cayenne S.

The leak was in the evaporator, buried deep behind the dash inside the HVAC housing. No shortcut. No guessing. Our tech injected UV dye and hit it with a black light... and there it was. A tiny glowing spot at the edge of the core. Proof, not a hunch.

This is the work most people never see. Every panel, every connector, every clip comes out, and every one goes back in exactly the way Porsche built it. No rattles. No warning lights. No “it was like that when I got it.”

997 owners… hear a clunk when you turn the wheel?

This 2007 911 came in with a loud clunk every time it turned. The culprit: worn upper strut mount bushings. Over time that rubber breaks down, the strut starts moving where it shouldn’t, and you feel and hear it through the front end.

We replaced the upper strut mount bushings and the mount plate, and the noise is gone. Quiet, tight, and planted again.

If your 997 is lowered, pay closer attention. Stiffer springs and lower ride height put more load on those mounts, so they tend to wear sooner.
