We are a full service 8 bay repair facility located in the heart of Mesa. We are looking for in-shop gas and light duty diesel technicians. If you don't know something, be willing to learn. We have a wide variety of special tools and equipment all supplied by the shop to offer the best repairs we can. ******************Requirements****************************
-A minimum of 5 years of professional automotive industry
-A good understanding of basic automotive systems as well as the ability to read and understand flow charts and wiring diagrams
-The ability to accurately and decisively document and communicate a vehicle's needs
-A desire to learn and attend training in order to further your skills
-A valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
-A passion to serve others, Self-confidence, work well with others, and honesty
-Good investment in Tools
-Capable of diagnosing and repairing various makes and models
-Solid communication skills
-Able to work a 8am to 6pm M-F and 1 Saturday per month from 9am 30 3pm work schedule
-Honest and Trustworthy
-Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
*********************Responsibilities*********************
-Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
-Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs
-Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs
-Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle
-Maintain professionalism
-Keep shop in clean, working order
-Use factory level scan tools (supplied by shop)
-Be able to perform Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) using a tablet
-Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
-Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
