Lead RV Service Technician – Mesa, Arizona
Bobby Combs RV Center is looking for an experienced Lead RV Service Technician to join our Mesa team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving complex problems and is ready to play a leadership role within a hardworking service department.
Pay: $25–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
As a Lead RV Service Technician, you’ll perform advanced diagnostics and repairs while helping guide the service team, sharing your knowledge and ensuring every RV is completed safely and correctly. We’re looking for someone dependable, team-oriented and committed to providing customers with excellent service.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane and appliance systems
• Perform structural, interior and exterior RV repairs
• Troubleshoot complex service issues and recommend effective solutions
• Assist and mentor other technicians when needed
• Help maintain a productive, organized and safety-focused service department
• Complete repairs accurately and within established timelines
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Previous professional RV service and repair experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance systems
• Leadership experience or the ability to step into a senior technician role
• Must be dependable, organized and able to work well with a team
• RVTI or manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
