Today we installed a high performance 2 speed Derale Fan in a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that had the OEM fan running way too much, barely keeping up (aftermarket grill and winch obstructing air flow). So, instead of getting rid of things he likes, we increased the air flow by adding a fan where there was none. :) That got the cooling system under control, and best of all, resulted in fantastic a/c temps out of the vents. (Sub 30s at exit). The fan increases speed when the a/c is active. (Those two relay's to the left of the fan supply power, one for low speed, one for high speed, each protected with a 30a fuse).

This was a recent build we completed. All Rusty's suspension, stripped/repainted the entire frame...sent out to a painte...

So, this was Friday afternoon...IYKYK. Not one, but TWO broken studs that required a right angle drill to use an extractor. Got 'em both first try. ;) Side note, this is on an older Nissan Pathfinder ('94), and look at the thought the engineer's put forth! You can access the spark plugs UNDER THE INTAKE WITHOUT REMOVING IT!

R&B also does detailing, this Jeep was wheeled hard for the entire season, and I don't think it saw water outside of mud the entire time. So we gave it a full polish and wax on the exterior and then steam cleaned the entire interior. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the inside.

We had a customer ask for a TJ specific drawer system, which nobody makes. So we fabricated one using mdf, fiberglass, and some super high strength sliders. Good for 250 lb per drawer! I will add a video in the comments because it won't let me add both.

We had a little training for a couple teenagers, you might recognize one of them? 2007 Chevrolet trailblazer got a new engine, video of first start in the comments. We were chasing a misfire that ended up being an issue in the cylinder head as well as some damaged rings.
