🔧 MEET THE GUYS BEHIND THE WRENCHES! 🔧

Ever wonder who's under the hood keeping your vehicle running smoothly? Well, it's time to put some faces to the hard work!

We're taking you behind the scenes at Christian Brothers Automotive to introduce three of the guys who make the magic happen in our shop. We asked them a few questions about cars, life outside the garage, and what they wish every driver knew.

Let's meet the crew! 👇

🟢 BRAD S. | Lead Service Technician

With 12 years of experience, Brad has spent plenty of time under the hood, and apparently, he hasn't had enough because he goes home and works on cars in his own garage! 😂

🔧 Favorite repair: Timing covers. Not everyone's idea of a good time, but Brad enjoys the challenge!

🏎️ Dream car: Porsche 911 GT3. But for a daily driver? Give him a Honda Prelude.

💡 Advice for drivers: "Don't text and drive." Simple, important, and something we can all agree on.

🎣 Outside the shop: You'll find Brad fishing, working on cars at home, or spending quality time with his family and two kids.

🟢 JOSH W. | Service Technician

With 5 years of experience, Josh has developed a knack for ignition systems and keeping engines firing on all cylinders.

🔧 Favorite repair: Spark plugs and ignition systems. If it's supposed to spark, Josh is your guy!

🏎️ Dream car: Dodge Viper. His daily driver of choice? Pretty much anything Toyota. Reliability for the win!

💡 Advice for drivers: "Don't run your gas tank all the way to empty!" Frequently running extremely low on fuel can contribute to fuel pump overheating and premature wear.

🍻 Outside the shop: Video games, a cold brewskie, or hanging out in the pool with friends. Josh knows how to enjoy his downtime!

🟢 JOSH G. | Service Technician

With 11 years of experience, Josh knows his way around a vehicle, especially when it comes to getting those wheels pointing in the right direction!

🔧 Favorite repair: Alignments! And who can blame him when he's working with our state-of-the-art Hunter HawkEye Elite Alignment System? Only the best equipment for our guys at CBA!

🏎️ Dream car: A ProCharged C7 Corvette. Clearly, Josh likes a little horsepower with his horsepower. 😎

💡 Advice for drivers: "Stay on top of your oil changes and maintenance!" Following your manufacturer's recommended service intervals is one of the best ways to keep your vehicle running strong.

🏁 Outside the shop: Josh has his own home garage, so naturally, he's still working on cars. And when he's not wrenching? You might catch him at the drag strip racing them!

It's only October 16th, but apparently our front office crew at Christian Brothers Automotive of Merritt Island couldn't wait another two weeks to get spooky! 💀

So naturally, we did what any responsible automotive repair shop would do… we gave AI access to our photos and hoped for the best. 😂

One minute they're helping customers, answering phones, and keeping the shop running. Next, they're casting spells, brewing potions, sailing the seven seas, and looking like they belong in a horror movie.

Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.
