Safe repairs. Exceptional service. And apparently… bougie coffee. ☕️😂

Around here, we believe the little things matter — whether it’s making sure your vehicle is repaired safely and correctly or serving Julie her fresh-brewed coffee in a REAL mug. Because our customers deserve both. 💁🏻‍♀️☕️

At Lakeside Collision 2, we take your repairs seriously… but we’re not afraid to be a little bougie while we do it. 😉

Safe repairs. Bougie coffee. The Lakeside way.

🎉 Happy Birthday to our Manager, Shawn! 🎉

Shawn keeps our team moving, our repairs on track, and somehow manages all the moving pieces that come with a busy collision shop! We’re so grateful for his hard work, leadership, and everything he brings to the Lakeside family.

Help us wish Shawn a very happy birthday! We hope your day is as great as you are! 🥳🎂🔧

Well… this is pretty cool. ❤️

Lakeside Collision 2 was featured in Autobody News!

And when I read the article, what made me emotional wasn’t seeing my name or even reading about how much our business has grown.

It was seeing our story.

Brian’s legacy.
The foundation he and his dad built.
Our small-but-mighty (and VERY scrappy 😂) team.
Our customers.
Our culture.
And the belief that has guided me since I stepped into a business I never expected to run:

“This is not a car business. It’s a people business, and I love people.”

I could never lead Lakeside the way Brian did. So somewhere along the way, I stopped trying.

I decided to lead like Kim — with relationships, communication, transparency.

Kim Starcevich of Lakeside Collision II in Merrillville, Ind., built a culture of honesty that helped her recruit talent and grow sales.

DAY 2 of posting until we find our perfect body tech. 🔧❤️

Why am I holding my granddaughter Everly in a recruiting video? Because this is what work-life balance looks like.

At Lakeside, we work hard and take a lot of pride in what we do—but we also believe there’s more to life than work.

Flexible schedules. Early Fridays. Family first. A place where you’re a person, not a number.

We’re looking for a talented body tech who wants to do great work without giving up the life they’re working so hard for.

Think that might be you? 👀
Come join our Lakeside family.

DAY 1/30 — Posting until we find our perfect Body Tech. 🔧🚗

Here’s reason #1 to come work at Lakeside:

You will never be just a number here.

We’re a small, family-owned shop, and when you join Lakeside, you become part of my family.

I know your name. I know your family. I care about your goals, your life outside of work, and where you want to go in your career.

We work hard. We expect great work. We take a lot of pride in what leaves our shop. But I also believe you can build a great career without feeling like another technician on a corporate spreadsheet.

I’m looking for the right Body Tech to join this crew — someone who wants to be valued, wants to be part of a team, and wants a place they can call home.

Maybe it’s you.
Maybe you know them. 👀

Follow along for the next 30 days while I show you exactly why you should come work with us.

And please SHARE this — our perfect Body Tech might be one share away.
