"New Concept diagnosed an issue with my Chevy Traverse as a failed starter. It was efficiently replaced and I was shown how we could get assistance paying for the repair. Luis was very helpful getting all this done and I picked up our vehicle after a day. Well done! This is my second repair by New Concept. My Dodge Dart needed its oil pan replaced a couple months ago. Great job! I will definitely be working with New Concept for any repairs to my vehicles."
